Chocolate Strawberry Pie

Today is one of my dearest friends birthdays. We were born one day apart, in the same year, in the same hospital. This cake is for her! It is a chocolate pie with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. This cake was easy to make, and looks very pretty! 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust (I used sugar free)
  • 1 Package of Chocolate Pudding/Pie Mix
  • 1 Tub of Whipped Cream
  • 1 Package of Strawberries


Make your pudding on the stove top, follow directions given on the box. Once finished, the pie filling should have a thick consistency. Fill the graham cracker pie shell with the pudding. Place a piece of plastic wrap over the pie and chill for 3-4 hours. I let mine chill overnight to make sure it set.

In the morning remove the plastic wrap, and cover the pie in whipped cream.


Slice the strawberries and place them on top of the whipped cream. Be sure to keep your pie refrigerated until serving! Voila! A yummy and pretty pie!
