Easy Fudgeeo Cookie Cake:

If you aren’t a fudgeeo fan for some unthinkable reason, try switching it up by using vanilla cake mix with rainbow chip cookies or oreos!

You will need:

  • 1 box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • Vegetable oil
  • Milk
  • Chocolate icing
  • 1 Bag of Fudgeeos
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2)Combine cake mix with eggs, oil, and milk.

3)Lightly grease the cake pan/pans. Pour mixture into tray.

4)Bake time (in minutes): 13 x 9 in. 33-38; Two 8 in. rounds 33-38; Two 9 in. rounds 28-33; 24 Bundt 38-43. (Decrease bake time by 2-3 minutes if using dark or nonstick pan). Let the cake cool.

5) Ice the cake, followed by whipped cream if desired. Then, break the fudgeeos into small pieces and place on top, covering the entire surface of the cake. If using whipped cream keepĀ refrigerated! (I chose not to use whipped cream as we were travelling!)
