So now that we’re moved in and somewhat organized, I’m breaking in our new cookware and trying out new recipes. Soup is a great choice to warm up on these Canadian winter days!
French onion soup has always been a favourite for us, and I’ve never tried to make it. It was quite easy, and quick. I strongly recommend buying the bowls (you can get them at the dollar store). I got ours at Home Sense. This recipe was delicious, the three cheeses (provolone, swiss, and parmesan) is a must.
